Whilst people know and understand the importance of in clinic treatments and a good home care routine for their face, the neck and décolletage can sometimes be forgotten. Often these areas are missed out when SPF is applied to the face each day and they can eventually show signs of ageing and sun damage.
The décolletage can start to start to get deeper lines and wrinkles that do not disappear and become crepey and wrinkles deeper lines and wrinkles from ageing and sun over exposure can remain. Fortunately, it is never too late to start working on these areas and help reduce signs of ageing. At Gallery Medispa we have a variety of treatments that can help reduce the appearance of ageing skin and sun spots and when combined with some cosmeceutical grade skin care to use at home the results will be transformative.

TREATMENT OPTIONS:
At Gallery Aesthetics we approach facial sagging / jowls with a view to lifting and tightening the skin and then increasing volume within the skin.
There are a number of treatments available at our clinic that can enhance the quality of the complexion, and work to increase tissue mass or trigger the production of new collagen.
Treatments:
Profhilo - Profhilo neck treatment - perfect treatment for Crepey skin on neck - Profhilo is a rejuvenating treatment that can smooth fine lines, wrinkles and is excellent for neck skin crepiness. The treatment process for Profhilo involves injecting the product in to points on the neck. The formula disperses across the whole front of the neck. Profhilo is a bio-rejuvenator, bio-revitaliser, and tissue stimulator.
Dissolvable dermal fillers that contain high concentrations of hyaluronic acid can be used around the neck area and specifically for neck bands.
PDO/COG Threads: If there is signifiant laxity in the skin, PDO / COG threads (which work well around the lower face) can produce similar results to a surgical face lift.
Radio frequency (RF) Our SylfirmX RF facial uses targeted radio frequencies to heat beneath the skin, breaking down depleted collagen and creating a firmer, more youthful look*. The heat from the radio frequencies helps to lift, firm and refresh the skin. The result is a noticeably tighter appearance.
If there are dark, pigmented areas on the decolletage and neck, a stronger peel such as Cosmelan or a lesion removal using Cryopen may be reommended.
